KYS signed business strategic cooperation framework agreement with Agricultural Bank of China Xiangcheng Sub-branch

On the afternoon of May 29, KYS signed a business strategic cooperation framework agreement with ABC Xiangcheng Sub-branch. Xu Rengang, President of ABC Xiangcheng Sub-branch, Shi Lei, Vice President of ABC Xiangcheng Sub-branch, Wang Xueping, General Manager of Finance Department; Robbia Li, Chairman and CEO of KYS, Weyne Wei,Vice President of KYS, and Wang Xiaoning, Director of Finance Department of KYS attended the signing ceremony.

Wenye Wei, Vice President of KYS,and Shi Lei, Vice President of ABC Xiangcheng Sub-branch, signed the business strategic cooperation framework agreement.

Based on the cooperation in the early stage and the needs of future development, in order to comprehensively strengthen business collaboration, both sides decided to establish a business strategic partnership. On the one hand, within the scope of the credit limit, ABC Xiangcheng Sub-branch will provide various credit products according to the business development and capital needs of KYS, and use its various resources and advantages to establish a comprehensive fund settlement network and capital service platform for KYS, and assist KYS to achieve intensive capital management; On the other hand, it will provide all-round financial support in combination with the strategic development needs of KYS's future business, resource integration, mergers and acquisitions.

This cooperation agreement will further promote and deepen the friendly cooperative partnership between the two sides, realize resource sharing and complement each other.
